Section 7910 of the California Government Code requires each local government agency to determine during each fiscal year the appropriations limit pursuant to Article XIIIB of the California Constitution applicable during the fiscal year. The limit must be adopted at a regularly scheduled meeting or at a noticed special meeting, and the documentation used in determining the limit must be made available for public review fifteen days prior to such meeting.

El Concejo Municipal de la Ciudad de Colfax llevará a cabo una audiencia pública a las 6:00 p.m. o poco después, el Junio 5, 2024 en las cámaras del Concejo Municipal en 33 South Main Street, Colfax Ca 95713. La audiencia está siendo convocada por el Concejo Municipal con el propósito de escuchar las opiniones de los ciudadanos para establecer prioridades ante la posible presentación de una solicitud de Subvención en Bloque para el Desarrollo Comunitario (CDBG) al Departamento de Vivienda y Comunidad del Estado (HCD) en 2024.

The City of Colfax City Council shall conduct a public hearing at 6:00pm or shortly thereafter, on June 5, 2024 at the City Council Chambers at 33 South Main Street, Colfax Ca 95713. The hearing is being called by the City Council for the purpose of soliciting citizen’s views to set priorities for the potential submission of a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) application to the State Department of Housing and Community (HCD) in 2024.
