Request for Qualifications for City Engineer Services

The City of Colfax is seeking written statement of qualifications from consultants to perform a variety of Professional Engineering and Construction management/ Inspection Services, other engineering services and to serve as the City Engineer for the following general assistance program areas on an as-needed basis including but not limited to project inspection, materials testing, and construction management services in the City of Colfax. Typical projects could include roadway, streetscape, landscaping, utility and structures project, or other Public Works construction projects.

The firm should have knowledge of the City/County Standards as well as knowledge of Caltrans design procedures, Caltrans LAPM, Caltrans LAPG, Caltrans Standard Plans and Specifications and State regulatory requirements. The projects may be funded through various Federal, State and local funds.

This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) includes a description of the scope of work and RFQ instructions.
