NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Colfax will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on January 14, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Colfax City Hall, 33 S. Main Street, in the City Council Chambers. During this meeting, the City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on the following project:

REQUEST: Adoption of a Resolution approving policies and procedures to grant priority for sewer service to proposed developments that include housing units affordable to lower income households.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Colfax will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on January 14, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Colfax City Hall, 33 S. Main Street, in the City Council Chambers.

REQUEST: Update Section 5.24 of the City’s Municipal Code to add special events to the Outdoor Festivals chapter and amend the Section 17,64 to clarify requirements for ongoing commercial and non=commercial special events.
