Delinquent Sewer / Solid Waste – Public Notice

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a written report that contains a description of each parcel of real property for which sewer service and/or solid waste removal charges are delinquent has been filed with the Colfax City Clerk. The Colfax City Council will hold a hearing on that written report on June 10, 2026, commencing at 6:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at Colfax City Hall, 33 S. Main Street, Colfax, California. At that time, the Colfax City Council will also consider adopting a resolution that will allow the delinquent charges to be collected on the Placer County secured property tax rolls. A copy of the report can be obtained or reviewed in advance of the hearing at Colfax City Hall during the City’s usual business hours Monday through Thursday between 8am and 5pm.
