NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Colfax, California, will receive bids for the Lift Station 5 Force Main Improvements Project located in the City of Colfax, Placer County, California.
The work in general consists of installing inspection vaults including cleanouts and pressure gauges on the existing force main, installing two new air/vacuum release valves, replacing a 90-degree bend with (2) 45-degree bends, installing a pressure transmitter in the existing dry well and run wiring to the LS-5 control panel, trenching and pavement patching, SCADA programming, and such other items of work as are required to complete the project.
Sealed bid proposals shall be submitted on the forms provided by the City on or before
January 4, 2022, Extended to January 11th, 2022, at the hour of 2:00 p.m. at the Office of the City Clerk, Colfax City Hall, and 33 South Main Street, Colfax, California.
The contractor shall possess a Class C-34 license at the time the contract is awarded.
